Join others researching ancestors from Arabic speaking countries. Family stories, documentation, family trees, & much more.

Three years old.
Two years of programming.
The National Society for Arab & Arab American Genealogy (NSAB) was formed in April 2023 to foster interest in Arab and Arab American genealogy through education, research, writing and recording family histories, and preserving records.
In June 2024, we launched our online programming and began building a space for learning, connection, and community-based family history research. Over the past two years, NSAB has hosted three Arab Family History Days conferences, offered free webinars on topics related to Arab and Arab American genealogy, held an in-person hands-on Palestinian American genealogy workshop, hosted members-only discussion groups, exhibited at five conferences and events, and created children’s activity worksheets to help young people engage with their family history.
We are grateful to everyone who has attended, presented, volunteered, shared resources, and supported this growing community.
We are looking forward to what the future brings, and we would love for you to join us!
